CPC is committed to staff improvement and our unique mentoring culture helps us to retain talent and transfer our collective 35 years of experience from mentor to mentee.

CPC supports employee higher education through scholarship programs for Master degrees and PhDs and summer training programs both here in Egypt and abroad because we know that when we invest in talent, we are investing in ourselves. We also have four centers dedicated to employee training, encouraging the continuing education of staff.

To help prepare the CPC leaders of tomorrow, we work with Dale Carnegie Training to develop important managerial skills in presentation, delegation, communication, leadership, and business writing.

For those interested in leadership, we have an Advanced Management Program that focuses on preparing employees for roles in General Management, Project Management, Strategic Management or Marketing Management, as well as training in Finance for non-financial managers.

In order to guarantee access to healthcare, we employ a fulltime doctor in residence and ambulance on-site at any worksite with more than 500 employees.
